At Wilton Cattle Company, we bring the best of farm-raised, organic beef and pork directly from our family farm to your table. Located at 315 E. Main St. in Grafton, our retail meat store is the culmination of four generations of farming expertise on our 300-acre farm in Medora, Illinois.

Gary Wilton, a lifelong farmer, has been immersed in the traditions of raising high-quality livestock and grain. With a passion for sharing the fruits of his labor, Gary created Wilton Cattle Company to provide customers with premium meats, including every cut of steak imaginable, flavorful pork sausages, and specialty items like beef sticks and jerky.

Our beef sticks are a customer favorite, especially the teriyaki pineapple flavor, with more exciting options like apple and sweet bourbon coming soon. For jerky lovers, we craft ours from ground round for a tender, no-stringing experience. Our partner, Jones Meat and Locker in Jacksonville, consistently earns accolades at the Illinois State Fair for their award-winning jerky.
We also offer half and whole cows and hogs, with personalized processing options handled directly with Jones Meat and Locker to ensure you get exactly what you need.

Odelehr's Market was established in 1976, in the Front yard of Tony and Jeanette Odelehr’s home. They started selling their homegrown Fruits and Vegetables and eventually built a building just down the road where they also owned a Farm service business. Kenny and Sandi took over the farm to continue to expand it to over 150 crops with a fully licensed commercial kitchen.

Marcoot Jersey Creamery Cheese - In the year 1840, our ancestors, the "Markut" family, embarked on a journey that would shape generations to come. Setting sail from Switzerland to New Orleans, they navigated the mighty Mississippi River, eventually finding their home in the Bond-Madison County region of southern Illinois.
In March 2010, a new chapter began for the Marcoot Jersey Farm, as we crafted our very first wheels of cheese. Sustainability has always been a cornerstone of our family values, guiding every facet of our herd management, cheese production, and even influencing the creation of products like Extreme Ice and Dog-O’s Treats. Our cheese is a pure reflection of our own Registered Jersey cows, primarily nurtured on a diet of nutrient-rich grasses. No artificial hormones find their way to our beloved cattle.
All our cheeses find their home in our subterranean aging cave, meticulously designed after the time-honored cheese caves of Switzerland. This sanctuary not only provides a natural aging environment but also champions energy efficiency and sustainable practices within our creamery.

Farm life has taught them hard work, the realities and joys of life, and that this is exactly the life they want to live!
